Brief

Our role in this new build was to take away the pressures of renovating from the client, whose priorities were elsewhere at the time of the build. RLI was involved by from the start to completion and every foreseeable service we offer in between. We liaised with the builder and trades people ensuring renovation decisions were made ahead of time, sourced the entire furniture fit within a given budget and oversighted the installation of furnishings and fittings. We offered a turn-key solution that took away the angst for the client. The client had a love for the colour orange, which she wanted to see within the property. This was considered and entertwined with a complimentary easy-care neutral palette suitable her families home.

The clients like for modern furnishings saw us also include textured elements so the home felt welcoming. Each of the children’s bedrooms was themed differently, to reflect the children’s personalities.
