We support your builder to ensure your informed decisions are ready for implementation ahead of the building schedule to limit unnecessary hold ups on site. Eg. When roughing in an electrical plan, where are those power points best used for furniture layout? And those coloured aluminium window frames may look great externally, but remember the colour becomes part of the internal palette too. And plantation shutters, is your heart set on them? Do not select slatted windows at the start of your build. It is a costly mistake if the shutters are your priority.

We work on a consultative hourly rate basis to provide as much or as little support required. We can come in at any stage of a build. This service is very popular with many of our clients as we assist with decisions in line with the builders requirements that can avoid costly errors in the long run.
