Are you preparing to renovate, or in the process of renovating? Are you totally overwhelmed, placed into a position of making rushed choices, unsure if your selections are wise, or totally confused on how to proceed with your renovation?
We can help. We offer recommendations that provide a clear path forward through your renovation. Indecision can lead to costly time delays and poor choices can lead to expensive mistakes. We will work with you to ensure your decisions are informed and interior design requirements are ready for implementation well ahead of your build. We can provide spatial planning, furniture layout, source and recommend fixtures and materials that are cohesive and meet your brief, we can come on sourcing days with you. If you are having difficulty imaging your home, we offer 3D renders that will give you a visual reference of your home.
We tailor make fixed cost packages suited to only the services you need, and also can work on a consultative hourly rate basis if preferred. We can come in at any stage of a build. This service is very popular with many of our clients.
Interior Design Consultation
Step 1 - Initial Interior Design Consultation - After an short discussion or understand if your requirements and the services provided by Real Living Interiors align, we will make an appointment to meet with you, exchange initial ideas and agree on a Scope of Works.
Step 2 - The Project Proposal - The fee for service, deliverables and time frame will be addressed in a tailor designed package custom to your requirements.
Step 3 - The Design Process
- Once the proposal is accepted we will work on the concept design in readiness for your feedback.
- Based on that feedback, we will develop that design for your approval. - - During the design development phase we will source and specify products, provide 2D and 3D renders and technical drawings and specifications as required. The design process is a well thought out and proven systematic approach to design, to ensure every detail is meticulously planned and executed to develop a design that suits you.
Step 4 - Construction Phase - During and post construction we can be available to assist with any ad-hoc requirement. This can be as simple as offering solutions to unknown interior design dilemma to complete styling packages for your new home.
